DEVerse (“DEVerse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online learning platform that helps you become a job-ready Data Engineer through structured courses, hands-on labs, practice challenges, real-world pipeline projects and AI-powered interview practice. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering for or using DEVerse, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use DEVerse. Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. DEVerse offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium is available as a monthly subscription at ₹499 per month or an annual subscription at ₹4,999 per year. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may be revised from time to time; any change will apply only to future billing cycles.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details on our servers — these are handled directly by our payment partner.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation, refund eligibility and the annual money-back guarantee are described in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree to use DEVerse only for lawful, personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or publicly share any course content, labs, projects or solutions;
• share your account or Premium access with others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts or our systems;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content; or
• upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

All content on DEVerse — including courses, lessons, code, labs, projects, challenges, text, graphics, logos and software — is the intellectual property of DEVerse or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning while your account is in good standing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

DEVerse is an educational platform. While we work hard to keep our content accurate, practical and up to date, we do not guarantee any particular job, salary, certification or learning outcome. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity (including unauthorized chargebacks). You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
